Refund & Returns Policy

  1. Order Accuracy

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (product selection, quantities, and delivery information) are correct before purchase.

  2. Refunds & Returns

    • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once products have been dispatched. This policy protects product integrity and safety.

    • Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

      • Products received in damaged condition upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence).

      • Incorrect products sent in error by RRC Distribution Limited.

  3. Exclusions

    • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

      • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.

      • Claims arising from misuse, unlawful application, or human/animal consumption of products.

  4. Chargebacks

    • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.

  5. Delivery Issues

    • If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, RRC Distribution Limited is not liable for replacement or refund.

    • Where possible, we will assist with claims made through postal carriers.
